if you selected lettermail shipping, your order is not insured nor tracked and delivery timelines may vary. We are unable to replace your package if it gets misplaced by Canada Post. If you would like to upgrade to tracked or express shipping, please send us a message at hello@itsmadebymira.com.

We suggest either measuring your wrist or measuring the length of an existing chain bracelet and the length of those would be the size needed for your custom bracelet.

As all orders are custom made, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be shipped.

Any product that is custom made is not eligible for a refund as it is made-to-order and custom, just for you. We do offer refunds on 'Ready Made' products and refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
