Lettermail shipping varies and could take a lot longer than expected. The standard delivery time after the parcel is marked as 'shipped' is 7-10 business days

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
if you selected lettermail shipping, your order is not insured nor tracked and delivery timelines may vary. We are unable to replace your package if it gets misplaced by Canada Post. If you would like to upgrade to tracked or express shipping, please send us a message at email@example.com.
All products are under a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee upon the order being 'shipped'.

We suggest either measuring your wrist or measuring the length of an existing chain bracelet and the length of those would be the size needed for your custom bracelet.
As all orders are custom made, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Any product that is custom made is not eligible for a refund as it is made-to-order and custom, just for you. We do offer refunds on 'Ready Made' products and refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
We accept returns within 14 days of the item being marked "shipped". Please email us directly at email@example.com so we can process your return. The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging
